✅ Eligible Returns:
- Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
- Product must be unused, unopened, and in original condition.
- Proof of purchase (order ID) is required.
❌ Non-Returnable Items:
- Opened or used products
- Free samples or gifts
- Items marked “non-returnable”
🔄 Refund & Exchange Process:
- Once we receive the returned item and inspect it, a refund or exchange will be initiated.
- Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
- The refunded amount will be credited to your account in approximately 5 to 6 working days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
- Return and exchange product will be delivered within 5 to 7 working days after the replacement is confirmed.
